KAREN CHADWICK

MS, LMFT

Karen is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who works with women, couples, and co-parents. Her specialties are anxiety and depression that often accompany difficult life transitions, trauma, self-esteem struggles and perfectionism. She is trained in EMDR therapy and offers that as a tool to help in the healing process.

Karen often sees women who are high achievers and struggling to maintain balance between home, work, and personal life. As a couples therapist, she specializes in conflict, communication and affair recovery. She also has professional and personal experiences working with co-parents to achieve better communication in parenting their children, whether court-ordered or looking for support through a divorce.

Clients find Karen to be open, accepting, and “real.” She values authenticity, respect and growth and will meet you where you are and respect the values and goals you bring to therapy. While she won’t push you to uncomfortable places too quickly, she will gently challenge you to consider new possibilities for yourself. Whether you are new to therapy or are experiencing issues that bring you to therapy again, she is excited to join you in working towards hope and healing.
